LCCC’s to Host Beecher Terrace Economic Inclusion Outreach Session

McCormack Baron Salazar and Louisville Metro Housing Authority are pleased to host a pre-bid informational meeting for Sub-Contractors regarding Section 3 Workers and Business Concerns, Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Disabled-Owned Business Enterprise participation and reporting requirements of this project prior to the release of architectural drawings after December 10th, 2018.  Bids for trade work will be due to the General Contractor, Messer Construction, 4 weeks from the plan release date.

This project is being completed in partnership with Louisville Metro Housing Authority and Louisville Metro Government. The work to be performed on this project is a Section 3 Covered Activity. The Section 3 program requires that recipients of certain HUD financial assistance, to the greatest extent feasible, provide job training, employment and contracting opportunities for low or very-low income residents in connection with projects and activities in their neighborhood.
