Adults Services Program Coordinator

Louisville Central Community Centers, Inc. (LCCC) is seeking a qualified and motivated individual who is skilled in delivery of human services in such areas as: work readiness, employer relations, volunteer coordination, and service center operations. This position is primarily responsible for recruiting, processing, and training adults toward achievement of specific social and economic stability outcomes. The ideal candidate shall have proven effectiveness in the delivery community-based programs.

Outstanding customer service skill, effective communication skill (verbal and written), ability to work with diverse populations, effective group facilitation/team leader skill, and availability to a flexible work schedule are necessary.    Ability to produce quality work products – with attention to detail, accuracy and proper grammar – is also necessary. Management of client records, computer lab coordination, data collection, and preparation of reports are critical.  Use of word processing, spreadsheets and database software is highly desirable.

A minimum of an associate degree (or post-high school certificate), good verbal and written communication skills, and three-years of related career experience are required.
