Louisville Central Community Centers (LCCC), Inc. and Woodforest National Bank are excited to introduce The Woodforest Foundry to the Russell neighborhood this spring! The LCCC and Woodforest National Bank partnership developed in response to high demand from this community to provide resources for aspiring entrepreneurs and a mutual desire to co-create communities that are thriving economically.
The 12-week training program curriculum, Entrepreneurship4All (E4All), is facilitated in a non-traditional format with heavy focus on developing the mindset for success through challenges. E4All is founded on The MSET Model which embraces a mindset of abundance and creating value through helping others cultivate their unique strengths and talents, thereby creating opportunity for everyone to thrive and grow together. A MOKR (Mission, Objectives, and Key Results) management system, adapted from Andy Grove’s OKR process) is used to develop managerial excellence and teaches entrepreneurs how to think critically and operate and communicate more effectively. Entrepreneurship, properly executed, can provide a vehicle for equity and self-sufficiency.
Participants selected to participate in the first class (10-15) will be notified on May 10, 2019.
